LEAN Consulting is a global management consulting firm that serves a broad mix of private, public and social sector institutions.
We help our clients make significant and lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals with customer experience (CX) management. Bank of America’s lack of effort allocated towards customer experience management is frustrating new customers, a consistent pain for veteran customers, and a main reason why ex-customers left.
LEAN Consulting will use Project B.O.U.N.D (Build, Organize, Uplift Customer, Navigate, Demonstrate) which is a highly-innovative mobile financial simulation that allows users to manage their own digital bank. LEAN Consulting is requesting an investment of $504,146 to fund Project B.O.U.N.D., a customer experience management initiative tailored to fit Bank of America’s growing needs.
Our budget was conducted on a Conservative, Moderate and Aggressive scale focus, providing Bank of America with a choice of quality for Project B.O.U.N.D and added strategies. The initial investment will be small in comparison to the Return on Investment. With a overall return on investment of 51.7% in Year 1 we anticipate the net return at the end of 2020 to equate to $792,295.
